Nick concentrates on commercial and financing transactions, company law, competition law, and taxation. He has experience with international mergers, take-overs, water supply contracts and reclaimed water project work. He is regarded as one of the few experts in South Africa on sugar industry law.
Nick is a past President of the KwaZulu-Natal Law Society, a past member of the Council of the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is a a board member of the University of KwaZulu-Natal Development Foundation.
