Sifiso concentrates on all aspects of property, including sectional title transactions, notarial bonds, leases, servitudes and general conveyancing.
Service on boards and associations: Sifiso is a member of the Black Lawyers Association (BLA) and its former Deputy Chairman, a former member of the KwaZulu-Natal Planning and Development Appeals Tribunal, past Chairman of the Children’s Therapy and Assessment Centre and a former director of the Durban Chamber Foundation. Sifiso is a former non-executive director of the Durban ICC. He is also a former member of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC) a body, which amongst other things, interviews and recommends the appointment of Judges.
