Simphiwe is a Partner in the Property and Conveyancing Department. He specialises in all aspects of property law as well as general notarial work.

Simphiwe’s experience includes drafting, negotiating and advising on all property law related matters. He has acted for key clients pertaining registration of residential, commercial, agricultural, estate, divorce and sheriff transfers. He is also experienced in the subdivision and consolidation of properties.

His experience also extends to the opening of Sectional Title and Township Registers as well as registration of multi-million Rand Bonds relating to key developments in the province of KwaZulu-Natal.

Simphiwe also specialises in registration of Antenuptial Contracts, Notarial Bonds, Servitudes, Cession of Real Rights in property as well as authentication of documents.

Simphiwe is currently studying towards his LLM in Taxation Law at the University of KwaZulu-Natal, Howard College.
