We are a firm that is committed to transformation and empowerment in the workplace, and we continually strive to reflect the demographics of the South African population.

We promote this objective by actively recruiting, training, developing and retaining both professional and support staff from previously disadvantaged, designated groups.

We embrace change and encourage diversity and, wherever possible, we make use of preferential procurement policies and partner with other appropriate firms / practitioners, in order to advance transformation. We are also actively involved in the training and development of previously disadvantaged law firms / practitioners.
